We have kiss-cutting, perforating and die-cutting tools of all shapes and sizes for use across a wealth of industries and applications. We also have the option of having dies custom made to your specs.
We perform die-cutting using cylindrical dies on rotary presses. Each die station holds a separate rotary tool that executes a specific task before sending it on to the next process. These tasks include cutting out shapes, cutting sheets into smaller segments, or making perforations and creases. Many of our presses incorporate multiple stations into the production process including, but not limited to printing, laminating and applying UV varnish before the die-cutting process takes place.
